  • Electrical points using ISI grade wiring, and Anchor frames for switches & sockets, LED Tube lights or Panel lights for lighting.
  • 18mm Laminated Cement Board for Flooring & 1mm Vinyl mat or vitrified Tiles on top flooring.
  • Asian Enable Paints for external use.
